Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the warehouse clerk will manage inventory, incoming and outgoing materials, and the parts needed for the daily operations of the mine’s various sectors.  Based at the Windfall site in the Nord-du-Québec region, the employee will work on a schedule of 15 days on, followed by 13 days off. Transportation, housing, and meals are provided.

Tasks and responsibilities                                        

• Always comply with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and rules;

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory issuance, and control access;

• Manage inventory, material receipts and shipments, as well as the parts required for the daily operations of the mine’s various sectors;

• Receive and unload equipment at the warehouse located on the mine site;

• Identify and organize equipment in the warehouse, ensuring it is stored in the most accessible locations;

• Handle equipment both inside and outside the warehouse;

• Maintain records and a computerized inventory system;

• Participate in inventory counts to verify that the quantities in the warehouse match the quantities listed in the system;

• Occasionally unload merchandise from delivery trucks using safe lifting techniques;

• Place received boxes in designated areas in an orderly manner;

• Carefully inspect all boxes to ensure that the merchandise meets specifications;

• Check for discrepancies, missing items, or damaged merchandise and notify the supplier immediately;

• Prepare materials for shipment and complete the appropriate documentation;

• Process the electronic receipt of each order received on a daily basis;

• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe;

• Report to the supervisor any situations that could affect work and share any suggestions for improvement and innovative ideas to enhance the procurement process;

Reporting to the Lead – Operational Technologies, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing technology projects for our Windfall project, currently in the pre-construction phase. The objective is to ensure the implementation of various mining and processing technologies before the operational phase.  Will work a 5-2 schedule at the Montreal office, with occasional visits to the mine site.  Three (3)-year fixed-term contract.

Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Water Treatment Coordinator, the Water Treatment Supervisor oversees the teams of workers responsible for operating the water treatment systems and assists the Water Treatment Coordinator with their duties and responsibilities. The incumbent will be required to work closely with staff from various partner companies, external consultants, and other members of the Company, depending on the projects and expected results. Based at the Windfall site, located in the Northern Quebec region, the incumbent will work an 8-day work schedule followed by 6 days off. Transportation, lodging, and meals are provided. Temporary position for 2 years.

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Supervise operators, technicians, and skilled laborers involved in effluent treatment;

•    Effectively allocate resources to meet treatment objectives and maintain quality standards;

•    Ensure the proper operation of the effluent treatment system;

•    Ensure the proper operation of the drinking water supply system and septic systems;

•    Oversee seasonal water management and prepare water treatment plants for various water management scenarios on-site;

•    Monitor and analyze process data to ensure environmental targets are met and water treatment systems perform effectively;

Under the supervision of the Environmental Permits Coordinator, the Environmental Compliance Specialist’s primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of applications for ministerial authorizations and other environmental permits, in particular by verifying the technical and environmental rigor of the required studies and deliverables. The specialist will assist in monitoring environmental management and sustainable development systems. The Environmental Compliance Specialist will work a 5-2 schedule at our Montreal offices and in a hybrid work arrangement.

•    Ensure the quality and technical rigor of deliverables;

•    Review, verify, and interpret technical environmental studies, then formulate recommendations;

•    Manage projects, ensuring that deliverables are produced in accordance with Gold Fields’ quality standards and within deadlines;

Reporting to the Field Supervision Supervisor, the rock mechanics engineer will be responsible for planning and coordinating fieldwork. He or she will conduct geotechnical studies and technical analyses in rock mechanics for the project.  Based at the Windfall site in the Northern Quebec region, the engineer will work on a schedule of 15 days on, followed by 13 days off. Reporting to the Deputy Project Controls Director, the Project Controls Lead – Tailings & Water Management acts as the Owner’s functional representative for all project controls activities within the Tailings & Water Management area. The scope covers the tailings storage facility, stockpiles and waste storage areas, tailings transport and deposition systems, and water management infrastructure (collection, diversion, containment, pumping, treatment and discharge), together with the associated earthworks and civil scopes.  The role is based at the Montreal project office during the design and planning phase, with regular travel to the Windfall site (northern Québec) and periodic travel to ESP / ePCM offices as required. Given the nature of the area — earthworks, civil and linear infrastructure scopes subject to seasonal construction windows — increased site presence is expected during construction campaigns. 3-year fixed-term contract.

Duties and responsibilities                                        

• Act as the Owner’s functional owner of project controls for the Tailings & Water Management area and represent the area in all project governance, performance and assurance reviews.
• Independently review, challenge and validate ePCM and ESP project controls deliverables for the area (cost reports, schedules, progress measurement, forecasts and change registers) for accuracy, completeness and traceability to approved baselines.
• Ensure alignment between measured physical progress, incurred costs, commitments and the approved schedule across the detailed engineering, procurement and construction phases of the tailing’s storage facility and water management infrastructure.
• Lead full budget control for the area, including control budget, commitments, incurred costs, forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EAC), and ensure their integration in Contruent (single source of truth).
• Control quantity exposure across earthworks and civil commodities (excavation, fill, rockfill, liner, pipework, concrete) by reconciling estimated, engineered (MTO), contracted and installed quantities, and by raising Potential Deviation Notices as soon as established thresholds are exceeded.
• Control unit-rate and remeasured works specific to the area, including validation of joint quantity surveys, payment certificates and claims arising from ground conditions.
• Coordinate closely with the Owner’s Cost Lead, Lead Planner, Risk Lead, Estimating Lead and Information Management Lead to ensure consistent integration of cost, schedule and risk data at the overall project level.
• Review and validate cost sheets for the area’s procurement and construction packages, including pre-award and post-award cost analyses.
• Actively support change management for the area (PTNs / PCNs), assess cost and schedule impacts — particularly those driven by geotechnical, hydrological and climatic conditions — and support their integration in Contruent.
• Ensure the area schedule faithfully reflects seasonal construction windows (freeze-up, spring freshet, northern access and logistics) as well as milestones conditional on regulatory authorisations.
• Integrate applicable tailings and water compliance requirements into cost and schedule forecasts (permits and authorisations, dam safety requirements, recognised industry standards such as GISTM), and flag any associated risk.
• Define, monitor and analyze performance KPIs for the area: cost, schedule, productivity, progress and risk; feed the integrated dashboards on the Owner’s data platform.
• Provide functional oversight to the ePCM and ESP project controls teams assigned to the area, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, quality standards and project reporting requirements.
• Perform variance and trend analysis (cost, schedule, productivity) to identify deviations, quantify impacts and provide early-warning escalation on risks to the area’s objectives.
• Review and validate the area’s Monthly Contract Cost Review, Monthly Purchase Cost Review and Monthly Contract Progress Review, as well as the Monthly ePCM Staffing Plan and Forecast Review applicable to the area.
• Support the Project Controls Director and Deputy with monthly and quarterly corporate reporting to Gold Fields leadership, ensuring management-review readiness of narratives, KPIs, risks and forecast positions for the area.
• Support the Tailings & Water Management Area Manager (Owner) on all cost, schedule, performance and risk matters, provide day-to-day integrated analysis for decision-making, and proactively escalate critical issues to the Project Controls Director in accordance with governance thresholds, including recommended mitigation actions.
• Ensure data integrity, auditability and consistency across the area’s cost, schedule, progress and change datasets, including reconciliation with source systems (Contruent, ControlShare Cost, SAP, Primavera P6, Safran, iPas, Aconex).

Required qualifications

• University degree in engineering (civil, geotechnical, mining or related discipline) or project management; P.Eng.;

Reporting to the Mine Geology Coordinator, the Mine Geology Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising definition drilling and geological monitoring work to achieve the Company’s objectives. He or she will supervise the geology team assigned to drilling, the core library, and underground production. Tasks and responsibilities                                        

• Supervise the mining geology team; 

• Contribute to the training and coaching of team members by sharing technical expertise; 

• Participate in the budgetary and strategic planning of the drilling program;

• Conduct and   supervise production grade monitoring and ensure the quality of the data collected;

Reporting to the Mobile Equipment Superintendent, the Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for participating in and directing maintenance work on mobile equipment and certain fixed equipment. He or she will ensure the effective management of maintenance to maximize equipment performance.  Based at the Windfall site, located in the Northern Quebec region, the supervisor will work on a schedule of 15 days on followed by 13 days off (day and night shifts).  

Duties and responsibilities                

•Perform repairs on surface and underground equipment;

•Participate in troubleshooting to improve equipment and maintenance operations;

•Follow up on repairs to mobile equipment and certain fixed equipment;

•Assist in optimizing preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment availability and validate the effectiveness of modifications and maintenance performed;

•Facilitate communication between departments and equipment suppliers;

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will represent the project controls function on site for all project controls activities during the execution phase of the Windfall Project.  Within an ePCM project delivery model, your role will focus on oversight, validation, integration and governance of project controls activities performed by the EPCM contractor and construction contractors. You will ensure the integrity, consistency and reliability of cost, schedule, progress and forecasting information used to support project execution and management decision-making. Will work out of the Montreal office on a 5-2 schedule, with visits to the Windfall site as needed.

Duties and responsibilities

• Act as the on-site Owner’s representative for the Project Controls function during construction execution.
• Independently review, challenge and validate ePCM and contractor project controls deliverables (cost reports, schedules, progress measurement, forecasts and change registers) for accuracy, completeness and traceability to approved baselines.
• Monitor field progress using installed quantities and other objective rules-of-credit (Earned Value where applicable) and assess performance against the approved baseline and Integrated Master Schedule.
• Perform variance and trend analysis (cost, schedule, productivity) to identify deviations, quantify impacts and provide early warning escalation on risks to project objectives.
• Support the Construction Manager and site leadership with decision-grade analysis, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), schedule outlooks, scenario assessments and productivity diagnostics.
• Coordinate with planning, cost control, contracts, risk and construction stakeholders to maintain alignment of WBS/CBS, interfaces, controls governance and consistent weekly/monthly reporting.
• Escalate critical issues in accordance with governance thresholds to the Construction Manager and Project Controls Director, including recommended mitigation actions.
• Provide functional oversight to the ePCM on-site Project Controls team, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, quality standards and reporting requirements.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director (and working in close coordination with the Deputy Project Controls Director), the Project Controls Lead – Process Plant acts as the Owner’s functional representative for all project controls activities within the Process Plant area. The role integrates, oversees and validates the project controls activities performed by the ePCM (Engineering Integration, Procurement & Construction Management) and by the Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) assigned to the Process Plant, ensuring the integrity, consistency and reliability of cost, schedule, progress, change and risk information used to support project execution and management decision-making. The role is based at the Montreal project office during the design and planning phase, with periodic travel to the Windfall site (northern Québec) and to ESP / ePCM offices as required.

Tasks and responsibilities                                        

• Act as the Owner’s functional owner of project controls for the Process Plant area and represent the area in all project governance, performance and assurance reviews.
• Independently review, challenge and validate ePCM and ESP project controls deliverables for the area (cost reports, schedules, progress measurement, forecasts and change registers) for accuracy, completeness and traceability to approved baselines.
• Ensure alignment between measured physical progress, costs incurred, commitments and the approved schedule across the detailed engineering, procurement and construction phases of the Process Plant.
• Lead full budget control for the area, including control budget, commitments, incurred costs, forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EAC), and ensure their integration in Contruent (single source of truth).

• Actively support change management activities for the area (PCNs / PTNs), assess cost and schedule impacts, and support their integration in Contruent.
• Define, monitor and analyze performance KPIs for the area: cost, schedule, productivity, progress and risk; feed the integrated dashboards on the Owner’s data platform.

Reporting administratively to the Project Controls Director and functionally to the Deputy Project Controls Director and Owner Cost Lead, the Cost Controller is the Owners' Team cost authority for a designated Project Area (Underground Mining, Process Plant, Tailings & Stockpile Facilities, or Non-Process Infrastructure). The role is accountable for the integrity of budget, commitments, incurred costs, accruals, forecasts, and cost change for the assigned Area, and for the integration of these data into Contruent — the project's approved single source of truth for cost control. The Cost Controller provides functional oversight of the ePCM and ESP Cost Controllers operating within the assigned Area, validates and challenges contractor-submitted cost data, leads the Area's cost reviews, and produces decision-grade variance analysis for the Owner Cost Lead and project leadership. The role is a key driver of the Change Management process within the Area and works in close collaboration with Area Planners, Estimators, Risk, Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management, and Finance. Tasks and responsibilities                                        

• Develop, maintain and control the baseline control budget for the assigned Area, mapped to the approved Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and Project Coding Structure (PCS), and ensure full traceability from estimate to cost reporting.
• Manage the Area's original budget, current budget, and contingency in Contruent (Owner's single source of truth), and ensure alignment with the ePCM-managed scope of work controlled in ControlShare Cost.
• Allocate budget to control accounts and commitment packages, validate sufficient budget availability prior to commitment, and execute budget transfers in accordance with the Change Management Procedure.
• Maintain accurate cost coding and ensure compliance with the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
• Validate the scope included in bid packages against the budget allocation prior to award and refer to the responsible Engineer where scope alignment requires clarification.
• Prepare the Package Cost Analysis Sheet for each Purchase Order, construction contract or service contract prior to award, comparing package budget to commitment value and future commitment items.
• Enter and maintain commitments (POs, construction contracts, service contracts, change orders) at the pay-item level in Contruent, and ensure timely recognition of commitments upon award acknowledgement.
• Perform monthly Purchase Cost Reviews with the procurement agent/expeditor, procurement manager, construction manager, package engineer and field engineer to review contract cost status, amendments and potential contract changes.
• Evaluate incurred costs monthly against the cut-off date, using approved/pending invoices, progress billings, progress reports, expediting reports and contractual terms and conditions.
• Capture pre-payments as incurred cost in the cost control system and coordinate with Finance to ensure they are recorded as a separate asset in the accounting records, in accordance with asset capitalisation rules.
• Prepare monthly accruals for goods/services received but not yet invoiced, in line with the Finance Procedure, and transmit to the Owner Finance department per the reporting calendar.
• Produce the incurred cost and cash-out curves for integration into the project dashboard, and reconcile against invoices, payment certificates and contractor cost reports.
• Maintain a continuously updated Forecast / Estimate at Completion (EAC) for the assigned Area, comprising unallocated budget, commitments, potential changes to commitments, trends, and potential scope changes including growth.
• Develop the Forecast Final Cost (FFC) considering labour, materials, schedule and contract impacts, and update forecasts throughout the project life — not solely at month-end.
• Lead the monthly Forecast Review meeting for the Area, analyse variances against current budget and contingency usage, and prepare detailed justifications for the project management team.
• Produce monthly cost reports for the Area covering Budget vs. Commitments vs. Incurred vs. Forecast, with clear variance commentary, S-curves and trend analysis.
• Identify and flag all new trends and changes within the assigned Area, input new items in the Change Register in Contruent, and collect supporting information for review.
• Execute the trend and change process: log items, attend Trend and Change review meetings, support the joint ePCM/Owner decision (accept / reject / develop further), and integrate accepted items into forecasts or as Project Change Notices (PCNs).
• For accepted scope changes against the FID-approved Project Scope of Facilities, prepare PCN documentation, integrate into the forecast, and obtain Owner formal approval in Aconex prior to modifying the Current Budget.
• Assess cost impacts of contractor-submitted change orders, claims and scope changes, providing independent Owners' Team analysis for the Owner Cost Lead and Prime Contract Manager.
• Provide functional oversight of the ePCM Cost Controller and ESP Cost Controllers within the assigned Area, ensuring their work complies with the Cost Management Procedure and Owner standards.
• Review and validate monthly cost reporting submitted by the ePCM and ESPs, and ensure timely and accurate integration into Contruent as the single source of truth.
• Reconcile ePCM commitments (entered as one-line items in Contruent) with detailed cost data provided in the ePCM Control Status Report.
• Challenge contractor cost data, productivity assumptions and EAC methodology where required, and escalate material discrepancies to the Owner Cost Lead and Deputy Project Controls Director.
• Provide functional oversight of the ePCM Cost Controller and ESP Cost Controllers within the assigned Area, ensuring their work complies with the Cost Management Procedure and Owner standards.
• Review and validate monthly cost reporting submitted by the ePCM and ESPs, and ensure timely and accurate integration into Contruent as the single source of truth.
• Reconcile ePCM commitments (entered as one-line items in Contruent) with detailed cost data provided in the ePCM Control Status Report.

• Support internal and external audits of cost data, contingency drawdown, and change control for the assigned Area.
• At project close-out for the assigned Area, prepare final cost data, support contract close-out, contribute benchmarking data, and assist with the closeout of cost control systems.
• Uphold and promote all HSE policies and requirements at all times, in both the project office and on site, and ensure HSE-related costs are properly captured and forecasted within the assigned Area.
• Willingness to travel to the Windfall Project site (Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec) for site visits, monthly reviews, package reviews and key milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related technical or commercial discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• AACE Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Certified Cost Technician (CCT), PMI-PMP, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Membership in a recognised professional body (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec / CPA / RICS / AACE), where applicable, is an asset.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive cost control experience on major capital projects (mining, process plant, infrastructure or heavy industrial), with at least 3 years as an Area or Lead Cost Controller on a project valued at CAD $250M+.
• Demonstrated experience on EPCM and/or Owners' Team project controls functions in a multi-contractor environment with ESPs and an ePCM.
• Proven track record managing the full cost cycle — budget, commitments, incurred, accruals, forecast, change — on a greenfield mining or process plant project.
• Strong experience in one or more of the project's Areas (Underground Mining, Process Plant, Tailings & Stockpile Facilities, or Non-Process Infrastructure) is strongly preferred.
• Experience interfacing with Finance and accounting functions on accruals, cash-out forecasting, and capitalisation of pre-payments.

Your new role:

The Senior Contract Administrator – Construction is responsible for full post-award administration of major equipment supply contracts as well as construction and services contracts for a large capital project operating in an EPCM environment.

The position ensures that all awarded packages—including engineered equipment (fixed and mobile), bulk materials, fabrication packages, installation contracts, and on-site construction works—are administered in accordance with project requirements, commercial terms, legal obligations, technical scopes, and owner governance.

The role acts as the central commercial focal point between the project, service providers, vendors, and construction contractors. It supports cost control, change management, progress validation, claims prevention, and contractual compliance throughout the execution phase.

Key responsibilities:

1. Post-award contract administration

• Administer equipment supply and construction contracts from award through close-out
• Lead post-award kick-off meetings and establish follow-up protocols
• Track contractors’ and suppliers’ deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual terms (warranties, bonds, insurance, etc.)
• Review and approve technical submittals and progress reports

2. Oversight of equipment supply contracts

• Track engineering submittals, fabrication progress, readiness for FAT testing, and logistics
• Coordinate shop inspections with QA/QC and shipping teams
• Ensure vendor documentation is completed prior to shipment and manage deviations, NCRs, and warranty matters.

3. Oversight of construction contracts

• Lead change management for equipment supply and construction contracts

• Monitor risks, issue required contractual notices, support negotiations, and maintain defensible documentation to limit claims and disputes

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Mining planning coordinator engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes related to mining planning. He or she will be responsible for short- and medium-term planning as well as for developing mining concepts for the various sectors. He or she will be supported in these duties by a team of engineers and technicians whom he or she will directly supervise.  Based at the Windfall site, located in the Northern Quebec region, the engineer will be required to work a schedule of 7 days on, followed by 7 days off. Transportation, lodging, and meals are provided.

Duties and responsibilities                

• Supervise the short-term planning team;

• Coordinate the development of short-term mine planning;

• Develop quarterly and annual plans, monitor progress, and adjust planning as required;

• Ensure the integration of the long-term plan into short- and medium-term planning;

• Implement mining planning processes in preparation for operations;

• Participate in defining operating methods for special projects in collaboration with the Mine Department;

Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the warehouse clerk will support the day-to-day operations of the Supply and Logistics Department, particularly by handling the distribution and internal transport of goods. The clerk will also provide logistical support for employee travel outside regular hours, site escorts, and urgent errands. Based at the Windfall site, located in the Northern Quebec region, the position involves working a schedule of 15 days on, followed by 13 days off. Transportation, accommodation, and meals are provided. 

Tasks and responsibilities                                        

• Prepare and deliver internal orders to the various departments on site;

• Handle the internal transport of equipment, parts, and documents;

• Transport employees and visitors off-site;

• Escort certain shipments on-site;

• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe;

• Support the warehouse team in their daily tasks;

• Comply at all times with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and regulations;

• Step in to replace the shuttle driver on an ad hoc basis in the event of an absence, to ensure service continuity;

Reporting to the Mining Sector Manager, the Senior Mid-Term Planning Engineer will play a central role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the 1- to 3-year mining plan for the Windfall project. Your new role

Reporting to the Area Manager - Mine, the Senior Engineer, Mine Ventilation & VOD is responsible for the technical leadership and oversight of the entire ventilation engineering scope and the Ventilation on Demand (VOD) system for the Windfall Project. This role manages the cost and schedule and ensures the integration of ventilation with all interfacing disciplines (mine planning, electrical, instrumentation & controls, and operational readiness). It also includes representing Gold Fields with the EPCM firm, coordinating all procurement packages related to underground ventilation, ensuring regulatory compliance (RSSTM/CNESST), and preparing for system commissioning.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Technical Representation for Detailed Engineering

• Provide the technical direction and discipline leadership for ventilation and VOD across the entire Windfall Project, on behalf of the owner’s team.
• Propose, establish and maintain the ventilation engineering standards, design criteria and specifications applicable to the project.
• Approve all ventilation engineering deliverables (basis of design, Ventsim models, trade-off studies, HAZOP outcomes, equipment specifications, IFC drawings) on behalf of Gold Fields.
• Approve specialist consultants, vendors and service providers operating within the ventilation discipline.
• Lead, coach and develop the ventilation engineering team, including the site ventilation engineer and any contracted discipline resources.

2. Ventilation Procurement Package Management

• Define and lead the procurement strategy for all ventilation packages, including main exhaust fans, auxiliary fans, ducting, regulators, VOD hardware, and ventilation raise contractors.
• Develop technical bid evaluation criteria, lead technical bid evaluations, and recommend awards of ventilation contracts and purchase orders

3. VOD System and Controls

• Develop the VOD control philosophy and instrumentation specifications.
• Coordinate VOD integration with DCS and communication systems.

4. Commissioning and Handover

• Plan and lead commissioning of ventilation systems.
• Develop operating and emergency procedures (fire/smoke).
• Mentor the junior ventilation engineer on site.
• Prepare the handover package to Operations (Operational Readiness Framework).

Reporting to the Manager, Project Controls, the Project Planning Manager will be responsible for developing the project master schedule, integrating stakeholder schedules, and monitoring the progress of the Windfall Project in accordance with industry’s best practices.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Planning Leadership and Schedule Governance

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain the project schedule, covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.

Your new role

Reporting to the Risk Management Lead, The Risk Coordinator supports the Risk Management function for the Windfall Project by maintaining the project risk register, coordinating risk workshops, and supporting the preparation of risk reports and dashboards.

This role requires good understanding of project risk principles, attention to detail, and the ability to engage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, mining, environment, procurement, and project controls.

1. Risk Management Process Support

Reporting to the General Manager, the Document Management Technician will be responsible for document information between the various stakeholders, firms, contractors, technical staff, etc. He or she will organize and manage all categories of stored documents using rigorous methods. Based in the Montreal office, he will mainly work remotely on a 5-2 schedule, with occasional travel to the Windfall site. Occasional travel may also be required to engineering firms and certain suppliers.

•Ensure that work and installations are carried out safely and comply with the standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Quebec;

•Plan and supervise electrical work at the Windfall site in the exploration ramp;

•Place orders for supplies and equipment necessary for the advancement and maintenance of infrastructure at the site to ensure the smooth running of operations;

•Organize the schedule for underground electricians;

•Plan the electrical component (labor and equipment) of budgets, schedules, and cost tracking;

•Oversee the planning, organization, and management of preventive maintenance activities;

•Work closely with electrical engineers;

•Report to your supervisor any situations that may affect your team’s work. Share any suggestions for improvement and innovative ideas to enhance project and maintenance processes;

•Comply at all times with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and rules, and ensure that staff adhere to these rules;
